We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at iSupport Worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing, collections, and ensuring optimal cash flow for the company.
Responsibility
- Oversee accounts receivable processes and systems
- Generate and send out invoices
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Follow up on overdue accounts and arrange payment plans
- Analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
