Responsibility
- Develop and enhance actuarial models for risk assessment, pricing, and forecasting.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and support data-driven business decisions.
- Collaborate with underwriting, finance, and product teams to optimize product profitability.
- Participate in quarterly and annual reserve analyses and reporting.
- Present actuarial findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support implementation of regulatory and compliance initiatives.
- Mentor junior analysts and support their exam progress.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in actuarial analysis within insurance or reinsurance.
- Progress towards ASA or FSA designation (SOA or CAS).
- Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, and actuarial modeling tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
