At NovaMind AI, we architect scalable AI systems that empower businesses to transform data into actionable insights. We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead model development, optimize inference, and shape our AI platform's direction.
As a key member of our AI lab, you will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver high-impact features with measurable outcomes.
Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize production-grade AI models for real-world applications.
- Lead model evaluation and experimentation pipelines to ensure robust, fair, and scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (training, testing, deployment, monitoring).
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to translate business needs into technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in ML engineering and software development.
- Improve model governance, reproducibility, and data quality across platforms.
- Drive performance optimizations, including latency reduction and resource efficiency in cloud environments.
Qualification
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD a plus.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow); strong software engineering skills.
- Experience with ML Ops, CI/CD for ML, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong data modeling, feature engineering, and data pipeline design skills.
- Familiarity with model monitoring, A/B testing, and governance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; proven track record of leading projects.
