NovaAI Technologies is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our expanding AI R&D and product teams. You will design and deploy scalable AI solutions that power our product suite and deliver measurable business impact.
In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate complex problems into robust, production-ready models. You will own components of the ML stack, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.

Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI models for production systems.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to translate business problems into machine learning solutions.
- Build and manage ML pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and monitoring dashboards.
- Prototype and evaluate ML approaches in NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains as needed.
- Ensure robust evaluation, reproducibility, and model governance; implement CI/CD for ML workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews, architecture decisions, and best-practice sharing.
- Stay current with state-of-the-art AI research and contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with production-grade systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proficiency with ML lifecycle, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and model deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML tooling (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to work across teams.
