Join NovaTech AI Solutions as a Senior AI Engineer in Seattle. You will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI and ML solutions that power cutting-edge products across multiple domains, including natural language processing and computer vision.
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to operationalize ML models, implement robust evaluation, monitoring, and governance, and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.
Responsibility
- Lead design, development, and deployment of production-grade ML models and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize end-to-end ML pipelines.
- Develop scalable ML systems for NLP and computer vision tasks.
- Own model evaluation, monitoring, and governance in production.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive code quality through reviews and best practices.
- Implement MLOps practices, CI/CD for ML, and cloud infrastructure automation.
- Partner with product, data, and software teams to translate business goals into AI initiatives.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in CS, AI, ML, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as an ML/AI engineer or researcher.
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Experience deploying ML models to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and strong MLOps knowledge.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, model validation, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Contributions to open-source projects or publications are a plus.
