NovaIntellect AI is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our Seattle-based team. You will design, implement, and scale production-grade AI systems that empower customers with intelligent insights and automatic decision making.

Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize production-grade AI models and data pipelines that scale and perform reliably.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research into deployable ML solutions and experiments.
- Lead model evaluation, experimentation, and governance focusing on performance, fairness, and interpretability.
- Develop MLOps practices, CI/CD for ML, containerization, and scalable deployment on cloud platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
- Work closely with product and software engineering teams to ship end-to-end AI-powered features.
- Monitor production systems, diagnose issues, and drive improvements with metrics and alerts.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with production-grade systems.
- Strong Python skills with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data processing tools (Spark, Kafka).
- Proven track record of designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable ML models in production.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Publications, patents, or open-source contributions are a plus.
