NovaAI Labs is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our expanding AI platform team. This role blends research rigor with practical software engineering to deliver scalable AI solutions across products. You will collaborate with product and research teams to design, develop and deploy models that power real world experiences for customers and users.
As a key member of our AI platform group, you will architect end to end solutions that transform data into intelligent features, deploy them to production, and monitor outcomes to ensure robustness and compliance.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end development of production grade AI models from concept to deployment
- Collaborate with product and research teams to define problem statements, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Design and implement data pipelines, feature engineering, and model training infrastructure
- Develop scalable ML systems with MLOps practices including CI CD, monitoring, and observability
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, promote best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
- Ensure model governance, security, privacy, and compliance in production environments
- Partner with cross functional teams to deliver reliable AI powered features on time
Qualification
- Master or PhD in computer science, engineering or a related field or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of hands on AI ML experience with production grade systems
- Deep expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow and Python
- Experience building and deploying ML models at scale using cloud platforms and distributed computing
- Strong knowledge of MLOps, CI CD, Docker or Kubernetes, and data pipelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, research and engineering teams
- Proven problem solving and analytical thinking with a customer focused mindset
- Experience with NLP or computer vision domains is a plus
