Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end AI systems (machine learning models, NLP, computer vision) in production.
- Collaborate with researchers to translate novel ideas into scalable, maintainable code and infrastructure.
- Develop data pipelines and MLOps workflows for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Monitor model performance, detect drift, and iterate to improve accuracy, reliability, and safety.
- Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to best practices and documentation.
- Partner with product and customer teams to align AI solutions with business goals and user needs.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI guidelines across projects.
Qualification
- B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building production AI systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and ML lifecycle tooling.
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or multi-modal modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tooling (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD).
- Proven track record deploying models to production with monitoring, drift detection, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a user-centric mindset.
