We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, implement, and scale machine learning systems that power our products and client solutions. Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable ML models for production systems
- Collaborate with product and data teams to define problem statements and success metrics
- Experiment tracking, model evaluation, and selection using robust statistical methods
- Develop data pipelines, feature engineering, and data quality controls
- Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD for ML, model deployment, monitoring, and rollback strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge through code reviews and technical discussions
- Publish results and collaborate on internal and external research initiatives
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards
Qualification
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on ML/NLP experience in production environments
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong background in ML system design, data pipelines, feature stores
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, A/B testing, and CI/CD
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Publication record or patents a plus
