The ideal candidate blends research excellence with production engineering, delivering robust, maintainable systems that solve real world problems.
You will join a cross functional team working on next generation AI features for our platform, collaborating with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver high value, measurable outcomes.
Responsibility
- Architect and implement end to end AI features with robust production endpoints
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate models into scalable services
- Own model monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management in production
- Optimize for latency, throughput, and cost across cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews
- Define best practices for data quality, reproducibility, and experimentation
- Partner with product to establish metrics and measurable impact
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Hands on experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
- Proven track record deploying models to production at scale
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's or master's in CS, EE, or related field; PhD a plus
- Experience with NLP or computer vision is a plus
