As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the diligence reporting and execution of complex M&A transactions, contributing to the success of our clients' strategic initiatives.
Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on target companies
- Prepare detailed financial and operational analyses
- Assist in the development of valuation models
- Support in drafting proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute M&A transactions smoothly
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in M&A transactions or financial consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
