  • Design experiments to assess robustness, accuracy, precision, linearity, LOD/LOQ, and stability under GMP/GLP expectations.
  • Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation; ensure maintenance logs and preventative care.
  • Analyze data, prepare technical reports, method dossiers, and regulatory submissions; present findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with R&D, QC, and manufacturing to support product lifecycle from development through commercialization.
  • Ensure laboratory safety, compliance with quality systems, and accurate electronic documentation.
  • Mentor junior scientists, participate in project planning, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualification

  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in software such as Empower, MassLynx, or equivalent; ability to integrate results with statistical reasoning.
  • Experience transferring methods to GMP environments and writing robust SOPs and technical reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills; ability to collaborate across disciplines.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to safety and quality systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
