We are seeking a Senior Analytical Chemist to lead method development, validation, and high-quality data delivery for pharmaceutical, chemical, and materials clients. Responsibility
- Lead method development, optimization, and validation for HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, and ICP-OES/ICP-MS applications on client projects.
- Design robust experimental plans, troubleshoot instruments, and ensure data quality, traceability, and compliance with GMP/GLP.
- Interpret analytical data, write comprehensive technical reports, and present findings to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain and calibrate instrumentation; participate in preventive maintenance and instrument qualification activities.
- Mentor and train junior chemists, overseeing project timelines and workload distribution.
- Collaborate with R&D, QC, and commercial teams to translate results into practical recommendations and product insights.
- Uphold safety, QA/QC standards, and ISO 17025 or equivalent accreditation requirements.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a closely related field; PhD preferred for senior roles, with 5+ years of industry experience or a relevant mix of roles.
- Proven expertise in analytical techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, and ICP-OES/ICP-MS; strong method development and validation track record.
- Hands-on experience in GMP/GLP environments and QA/QC practices, with familiarity with ISO 17025 accreditation processes.
- Proficiency in data processing and software tools (Empower, MassLynx, LabVIEW, Python/R) and strong statistical analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including client-facing technical reporting and presentations.
- Strong project management, multitasking ability, and collaborative mindset for cross-functional teams.
