Responsibility
- Design, implement, and execute advanced analytical methods (HPLC, GC, MS).
- Interpret and validate data to deliver accurate, reproducible results.
- Lead method development and troubleshooting for chemical analysis projects.
- Manage multiple studies ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to ongoing technical training programs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional research teams and clients.
- Prepare technical documentation, protocols, and detailed reports.
- Enhance laboratory safety practices and best-in-class QA/QC standards.
Qualification
- PhD or MSc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on laboratory experience.
- Expertise in HPLC, GC, and spectroscopic techniques.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven record of method development and validation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of GLP/GMP standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring abilities preferred.
