QuantaNova Technologies is seeking a Senior Quantum Physicist to join our advanced research team focused on quantum sensing, metrology, and cryogenic instrumentation.

Responsibility
- Lead the planning and execution of experimental campaigns in quantum sensing and metrology.
- Design and optimize cryogenic and optical instrumentation; implement robust calibration protocols.
- Develop data analysis pipelines using Python, MATLAB, and specialized software; interpret results and generate reports.
- Collaborate with theorists and engineers to translate physics insights into experimental advances.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the publication of high impact papers.
- Ensure compliance with lab safety, quality standards, and reproducibility practices.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and at external conferences.
Qualification
- PhD in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field with a strong record in experimental quantum science.
- Strong hands-on experience with quantum sensing, metrology, or superconducting or photonic quantum devices.
- Proficiency in data analysis with Python (NumPy, SciPy), MATLAB, and LabVIEW; experience with statistical methods.
- Experience with cryogenic systems, optical instrumentation, vacuum systems, and detector development.
- Strong publication record and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
