Responsibility

  • Maintain and optimize SOPs, contributing to GLP and GMP compliance and audit readiness.
  • Design experiments, analyze data, interpret results, and present findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior scientists and technicians; support training and safety programs in the laboratory.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and QA to troubleshoot analytical issues and scale up processes.

Qualification

  • MS or PhD in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry; 3-8 years of relevant industry experience depending on degree.
  • Strong expertise with HPLC/UPLC, GC, GC-MS, and LC-MS instrumentation; proven method development and validation capabilities.
  • Experience in GLP/GMP environments with robust documentation practices and QA processes.
