Responsibility
- Lead design and analysis of experiments, including A/B/n tests, power analysis, and sample size calculations.
- Develop and validate statistical models for product analytics, user behavior, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and reproducible workflows.
- Build and maintain reusable modeling pipelines in R and Python.
- Interpret results for stakeholders and present at leadership reviews.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy standards when applicable.
- Mentor junior statisticians and support cross functional teams.
Qualification
- PhD or MS in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, data science or related field
- 5+ years of applied statistics experience in product analytics, healthcare, or biotech
- Proficiency in R and Python; experience with SAS and SQL
- Strong knowledge of Bayesian methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Excellent communication and ability to translate complex results for non technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling
- Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory considerations
