Responsibility
- Lead development of statistical models for business problems using R, Python, and SQL.
- Design and analyze experiments and A/B tests to measure impact and drive optimization.
- Validate models, check assumptions, and ensure robust, reproducible results.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate findings into action.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to professional growth within the team.
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations that communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve reproducible data analysis pipelines and code quality.
Qualification
- MS or PhD in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of applied statistics experience in industry or consulting.
- Strong proficiency in R and Python; experience with SQL; familiarity with SAS is a plus.
- Expertise in regression analysis, time series, multivariate methods, and experimental design.
- Proven ability to translate complex results into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
