Join our premier asset valuation team in Singapore. We help clients quantify value across tangible and financial assets using rigorous methodologies and market insights. The role blends financial modeling, asset-specific appraisal techniques, and stakeholder communication to deliver actionable valuations compliant with IFRS and local standards.
As a Senior Asset Valuation Analyst, you will lead valuation engagements, develop robust models, review appraisal reports, and mentor junior staff. You will collaborate with clients across real estate, machinery, financial instruments, and intangible assets.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end asset valuations for real estate, machinery, intangible assets, and financial instruments
- Develop and validate cash flow models, discount rates, and sensitivity analyses
- Apply IFRS 13 / local valuation standards and document methodologies
- Prepare high-quality valuation reports with clear conclusions and supporting schedules
- Engage with clients to gather data, clarify scope, and present findings
- Mentor and coach junior analysts, review work products, and ensure quality control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FP&A, legal, tax) to support transactions
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field; CFA/FRM preferred
- Minimum 5 years in asset valuation, appraisal, or financial modeling
- Strong proficiency in valuation methodologies (DCF, market comps, cost approach) and IFRS 13
- Experience with real estate, machinery, or intangible asset valuation
- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Python/SQL or Power BI a plus
- Excellent report writing and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
