Responsibility
- Lead and execute valuation analyses for real estate, infrastructure, and alternative asset portfolios.
- Develop complex financial models to support valuation conclusions and investment recommendations.
- Prepare thorough, client-ready reports encapsulating market research, assumptions, and methodologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, legal, and tax advisory teams.
- Guide and mentor junior analysts, upholding quality and accuracy standards.
- Engage directly with clients to present findings and address inquiries.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, valuation standards, and regulatory changes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in asset valuation, investment banking, or related consulting roles.
- Demonstrated expertise with Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), market, and cost valuation approaches.
- Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- CFA, ASA, or related professional designation strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
