Join Apex Valuations LLC, a leading asset valuation firm, to lead complex valuation assignments for real assets, intangible assets, and portfolio interests. You will collaborate with clients, advisors, and cross-functional teams to deliver rigorous, GAAP/IFRS-compliant valuation opinions.
As a Senior Asset Valuation Analyst, you will build and review financial models, perform DCF, comparable transaction analyses, and market pricing assessments, ensure data quality, and contribute to decision-ready reporting for senior leadership.
Responsibility
- Lead and execute asset valuation engagements across real estate, equipment, intangibles, and operating companies.
- Develop and validate robust cash flow models, DCF, and scenario analyses; document methodology and assumptions.
- Prepare valuation reports in accordance with IFRS and GAAP, including disclosures and sensitivity analyses.
- Manage client relationships, project scopes, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with a client-focused approach.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and risk teams to ensure compliance and thorough documentation.
- Stay current with market data, industry trends, and valuation standards; contribute to internal thought leadership.
- Mentor junior analysts, review models, and provide coaching to build a high-performing valuation team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; CFA/ASA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in asset valuation, investment banking, real estate valuation, or corporate finance.
- Advanced financial modeling skills (DCF, multiples, scenario analysis); expert Excel; VBA skills a plus.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP valuation standards; experience with Argus, CapIQ, Bloomberg a plus.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication; proven client presentation and report writing skills.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
- Master's degree or professional designation preferred.
