Responsibility
- Conduct valuations for tangible and intangible assets using advanced methodologies.
- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather key financial data and market intelligence.
- Advise clients on transaction, litigation, and compliance matters related to asset value.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory standards, and valuation best practices.
- Mentor junior analysts and support ongoing learning initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and frameworks.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in asset valuation, investment banking, corporate finance, or audit.
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies (DCF, market comps, precedent transactions).
- CFA/ASA/CPA designation preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
- Proficiency with Excel and relevant financial software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
