Join Pinnacle Valuations Group, a premium valuation practice delivering rigorous asset valuations for real estate, infrastructure and other real assets across markets. We are seeking a Senior Asset Valuation Analyst in London to lead complex assignments, mentor junior staff, and partner with funds and clients to deliver actionable insights.
In this role you will apply advanced financial modeling, market data analysis, and valuation standards (IFRS 13, IFRS 36, RICS guidelines) to produce accurate valuations, impairment reviews, and investment recommendations. You will work closely with portfolio managers, CFOs, and external clients to translate complex data into clear, decision grade reports.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage complex asset valuation engagements across real estate, infrastructure, and intangible assets.
- Develop and review advanced financial models (DCF, NAV, cap rate, IRR) to support valuations and scenarios.
- Perform market research, data triangulation, and income and cost approaches, ensuring robust methodologies.
- Prepare valuation reports in compliance with IFRS 13, RICS standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Present findings to clients and senior stakeholders; translate technical analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Oversee data collection, QA, and quality control; manage engagement timelines and deliverables.
- Mentor and supervise junior analysts, fostering analytical rigor and professional growth.
- Collaborate with deal teams, funds, and portfolio managers on valuation related advisory work and business development.
Qualification
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field; CFA, FRICS, or ACA designation preferred.
- 5+ years of valuation experience with real assets or investment consulting.
- Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, NAV, IRR), Excel mastery; familiarity with Python or VBA a plus.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS 13 and relevant valuation standards; experience with RICS guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven client facing experience and ability to present complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, prioritize work, and meet deadlines; leadership or mentorship experience a plus.
