Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end asset valuation engagements for tangible and intangible assets across multiple industries.
  • Develop and maintain multi-scenario DCF models, market analyses, and cost approaches; perform sensitivity analyses.
  • Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in compliance with IFRS and ASC 820 standards, including methodologies, assumptions, and conclusions.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather data, validate inputs, and manage project timelines.
  • Mentor junior analysts, review workpapers, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Support business development through scoping, proposal development, and presenting findings to clients.
  • Communicate complex valuation concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of asset valuation experience, including tangible and intangible assets, with exposure to real estate or business valuations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with VBA, Python, or R is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and standards (IFRS, US GAAP/ASC 820).
  • CFA or CPA designation preferred; active progress toward certification is acceptable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments with tight deadlines.
  • Ethical, detail-oriented, and data-driven with a client-service mindset.
