ValuEdge Partners is seeking a Senior Asset Valuation Analyst to join our Singapore office. This role leads complex valuation assignments across real assets, financial instruments, and intangible assets for institutional clients and corporate entities. You will work with cross functional teams to deliver transparent, standards compliant valuation reports and present findings to senior stakeholders. Responsibility
- Lead end to end asset valuation engagements including real estate, financial instruments, and intangible assets.
- Develop and manage robust valuation models, including DCF, NAV, and market approaches.
- Apply IFRS 13 and local accounting standards to ensure compliant reporting.
- Perform data gathering, quality checks, and scenario analysis to capture risk and sensitivity.
- Prepare client-ready valuation reports with clear methodologies, assumptions, and conclusions.
- Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge management and process improvements.
- Collaborate with deal teams during transactions, due diligence, and regulatory reviews.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of hands on asset valuation experience across multiple asset classes.
- Strong financial modeling skills including DCF, NAV, and market approach valuation.
- Proficiency in IFRS 13 and strong accounting knowledge; familiarity with local Singapore standards a plus.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; programming (Python, R) or valuation software experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Detail oriented with strong project management and client service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
