Join Pinnacle Valuation Partners, a leading asset valuation firm delivering independent valuations for corporations, financial institutions, and private equity clients. We are seeking a Senior Asset Valuation Analyst to lead complex valuation engagements, build dynamic financial models, and contribute to client advisory services in a fast-growing practice based in New York City.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, supervise junior analysts, ensure adherence to IFRS/GAAP valuation standards, and communicate findings to clients with clarity and strategic insight.

Responsibility

  • Lead and manage asset valuation engagements across tangible and intangible assets, including real estate, equipment, IP, and business interests.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models (DCF, multiples, precedents) to support valuations and scenario analysis.
  • Perform market research, assess risk drivers, and select appropriate valuation methods and inputs.
  • Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with IFRS/GAAP standards; present findings to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with deal teams, investment committees, and clients; mentor and supervise junior analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality control, and compliance with internal controls and professional standards.
  • Support business development efforts through proposals, thought leadership, and client communications.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's preferred; CFA/ASA designation is a plus.
  • 5+ years of asset valuation experience in financial services, consulting, or corporate finance.
  • Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions); advanced Excel and VBA; familiarity with Python is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP valuation standards (ASC 820) and related regulatory considerations.
  • Experience valuing tangible and intangible assets, including real estate, IP, and business interests.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing abilities; proven track record presenting to senior management.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements, work under tight deadlines, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
