CareLine is SingHealth's 24/7 personalised telecare service, dedicated to supporting vulnerable seniors in their journey to age well and live well within the community. As the Senior Assistant Manager for Family Nexus and CareLine, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and strategic direction of these essential services.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of CareLine and Family Nexus
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of telecare services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program goals and objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of care professionals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Social Work, or related field
- Previous experience in managing telecare services or similar programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
