Responsibility

  • Lead planning, governance, and performance oversight for hospital-wide initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and patient safety standards.
  • Develop and monitor enterprise dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting for executive and board-level stakeholders.
  • Oversee project governance, risk management, and change-control processes for major initiatives, capital projects, and service enhancements.
  • Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to optimize workflows, capacity planning, and resource allocation to improve patient flow and outcomes.
  • Prepare decision-ready materials for committees and leadership, including policy updates, business cases, and benefit realization plans.
  • Drive policy development, standard operating procedures, and regulatory compliance in line with MOH guidelines and hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations to develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, foster cross-functional collaboration, and build high-performing teams across the organization.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in planning, governance, program management, or equivalent, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare governance, regulatory requirements (MOH), risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex information clearly at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2) and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Experience with budget development, financial forecasting, and cost-control strategies within a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required.
