NovaAudit Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Auditor in Singapore to join our expanding assurance practice. You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality audit services for a diverse portfolio of clients.
As a Senior Auditor, you will assess risk, evaluate internal controls, and communicate findings with clients and senior management. You will mentor junior staff, supervise fieldwork, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our methodologies.

Responsibility
- Plan and execute risk-based audits for multinational clients across sectors.
- Assess internal controls, identify control gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead engagement teams, supervise fieldwork, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare clear, concise audit reports and management letters for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients and external auditors to resolve issues and achieve audit conclusions.
- Develop and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Contribute to the firm's methodologies, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA preferred.
- 3-6 years of external or internal audit experience, with exposure to IFRS and ISA.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit evidence collection.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication, report-writing, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to travel as required in Singapore and regionally.
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive problem-solving mindset and strong time-management skills.
