Responsibility
- Develop and maintain financial models for profitability, pricing, and capital planning to support loan origination and portfolio management.
- Analyze performance metrics, produce management dashboards, and support regulatory reporting with accurate KRIs and KPIs.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and product teams to ensure adherence to AML/KYC regulations and Basel guidelines.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders and lenders.
- Lead ad hoc analyses and scenario planning to inform strategic initiatives and product development.
- Support process improvements, governance, and cross-functional project delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional credentials (CFA/FRM) preferred.
- 3-6 years of banking analytics, FP&A, or risk management experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and regulatory reporting standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
