Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth financial modelling and scenario analysis for corporate banking clients.
- Assess credit risk, loan structuring, and risk-adjusted return metrics.
- Develop and monitor KRIs and performance dashboards to guide portfolio management.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to optimize profitability while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Support regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to Basel III and IFRS 9 standards.
- Lead data-driven initiatives to improve underwriting accuracy and pricing strategies.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and decision-ready recommendations.
- Partner with internal audit and risk functions to identify and remediate issues.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in banking, credit analytics, or risk management.
- Strong financial modelling skills (Excel, VBA, Python/pandas); SQL experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of credit risk frameworks and regulatory requirements (Basel III, IFRS 9).
- Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and reporting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
