Responsibility
- Lead design and execution of data-driven analyses to support risk assessment and credit underwriting across commercial and retail portfolios.
- Collaborate with risk, finance, and product teams to translate data into actionable insights that influence policy and pricing decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and models to monitor risk indicators, portfolio performance, and emerging trends.
- Perform scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate impact on capital, liquidity, and profitability.
- Ensure data quality and governance standards are upheld in all analytics projects.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders with clear recommendations and business impact.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the analytics community within the organization.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in banking analytics, risk management, or credit underwriting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Proven ability to build predictive models and financial dashboards.
- Experience with risk frameworks, Basel II/III, or regulatory reporting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
