We are looking for a Senior Barista to join our dynamic team at Flinders Lane Cafe in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service. Responsibility
- Create and prepare high-quality coffee beverages
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Train and mentor junior barista staff
- Maintain inventory of coffee supplies and equipment
Qualification
- Previous experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
