We seek a results-driven professional who blends coaching excellence with practical, market-informed guidance. This role offers a high-visibility platform to build impactful programs and partnerships with hiring managers, universities, and corporate clients.
What you’ll do: develop client roadmaps, conduct one-on-one coaching, lead resume and LinkedIn optimization, provide interview mastery coaching, and help clients implement effective job-search strategies. You’ll also measure outcomes and continuously improve our coaching methodologies.
Responsibility
- Assess client goals and career history; craft individualized roadmaps aligned with market opportunities.
- Lead structured coaching sessions (in-person or virtual) to drive skill development and confidence.
- Develop and polish resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to target roles.
- Provide interview coaching, including mock sessions, question libraries, and feedback loops.
- Design job-search strategies, networking plans, and outreach templates to expand client opportunities.
- Track client progress with KPI dashboards; adjust plans based on market feedback and outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients on personal branding, portfolios, and presenting value propositions to employers.
- Build strong relationships with employers, universities, and corporate partners to unlock opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (psychology, business, HR, or similar).
- 5+ years of career coaching, talent development, or HR experience; track record of client outcomes.
- Excellent coaching, listening, and communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency with career assessment tools (e.g., MBTI, CliftonStrengths) and resume/LinkedIn optimization.
- Experience delivering virtual and in-person coaching; strong facilitation and workshop skills.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Highly professional presence; ability to build trust with clients and partner organizations.
- Certifications in career coaching or resume writing (e.g., CPRW, CMC) are a plus.
