Responsibility

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Define reference architectures, patterns, and governance to accelerate cloud adoption.
  • Collaborate with security, networking, and data teams to ensure resilient, compliant deployments.
  • Drive cost optimization, performance tuning, and migration strategies for complex workloads.
  • Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, and promote best practices in DevOps and automation.
  • Provide hands on engineering for critical deployments and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
  • Stay current with cloud service offerings and industry trends to influence roadmap.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 12+ years of software architecture or cloud engineering experience, with 5+ years in a senior role.
  • Proficiency across at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid or multi cloud architectures.
  • Strong expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Solid understanding of security, identity, governance, and compliance in cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10-15 days per quarter if required.
