At NimbusForge Technologies, we build scalable, secure, and innovative cloud solutions for global clients. We’re seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to lead the design and execution of cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
You will collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, cost-efficient, and compliant cloud solutions that scale with our business.
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design of multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) that are scalable, secure, and cost-optimized.
- Define reference architectures, patterns, and guidelines; drive implementation with engineering teams.
- Oversee migrations and modernization of on-premises workloads to cloud.
- Institute Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform and CloudFormation; ensure automated testing and security checks.
- Design robust CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Docker) with observability and SRE practices.
- Collaborate with security and governance to enforce compliance, identity, access management, and data protection.
- Mentor and coach cloud engineers, establishing career paths and performance metrics.
- Monitor and optimize cloud spend, performance, and reliability; define disaster recovery strategies.
Qualification
- 8+ years in cloud architecture or equivalent, with hands-on architecture design experience.
- Expert level in at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
- Experience with CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes and microservices.
- Strong networking, security, IAM, encryption, and data governance knowledge.
- Familiarity with cost optimization and performance engineering.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Professional certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect) a plus.
