In this role, you will collaborate with software engineers, security specialists, and SREs to deliver robust, automated platforms that enable rapid delivery and high availability.
Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple microservices and platforms.
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) with IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Containerize applications and manage Kubernetes deployments; monitor health, performance, and autoscaling.
- Enforce security best practices, IAM policies, secret management, and compliance controls.
- Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting; improve incident response and post-incident reviews.
- Collaborate with software engineers to optimize deployment performance and reliability.
- Lead migration of legacy workloads to cloud-native architectures.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering experience.
- Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC) and/or GCP; cost optimization know-how.
- Proficiency with Terraform (and/or CloudFormation) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef).
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Scripting proficiency in Python and Bash; experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; on-call and incident response experience preferred.
