Join NimbusTech Cloud Solutions, a leading provider of scalable cloud platforms for enterprise clients. We design and operate secure, reliable infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer who can architect, implement, and optimize cloud solutions that power modern applications.
As a member of our Cloud Platform team, you will own critical components of our cloud estate, collaborate with software engineers, security, and SREs, and drive best practices in automation, security, and performance.
Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tooling.
- Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
- Ensure security, compliance, and effective IAM, network segmentation, logging, and monitoring.
- Optimize costs and performance with autoscaling, right-sizing, and caching strategies.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deliver reliable, observable services and drive SRE practices.
- Lead cloud migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments with best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with hands-on AWS and Azure; GCP experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and at least one infrastructure-as-code tool.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash; experience with CI/CD tooling.
- Solid networking, security, IAM, VPC, and VPN concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
