Join NimbusCloud Technologies as a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer and drive scalable, secure cloud solutions for enterprise-scale applications. You will architect and implement multi-cloud infrastructures, champion automation, security, and reliability, and partner with product teams to deliver high-availability platforms that accelerate business outcomes.
We seek hands-on technologists who thrive in fast-paced environments and mentor others while shaping cloud strategy across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end design and implementation of cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Lead infrastructure as code initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Champion security, IAM, network design, governance, and cost optimization across multi-account environments.
- Collaborate with software engineers to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of critical services.
- Mentor junior engineers, establish best practices, code reviews, and on-call rotation processes.
- Develop and monitor SLOs/SLIs, implement observability with metrics, logs, and tracing.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of cloud engineering experience across at least two cloud providers.
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures, microservices, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Proficient with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi and CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go) and an automation-first mindset.
- Solid understanding of security, IAM, networking, and cost optimization at scale.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities with a customer- and results-oriented mindset.
