We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Coffee Barista to join our team at Hatfield Thistle Sdn. Bhd. in George Town, Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibility
- Create delicious and visually appealing coffee drinks
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Train and mentor junior barista staff
Qualification
- Prior experience as a barista
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
