Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Community Health Visitor to join the Division of Medicine at KidSTART@KKH KIDS 0-3, on a contract basis. This role involves working closely with young children and their families to provide essential health education and support.
Responsibility
- Conduct daily health visits to families with children aged 0-3 years old
- Provide guidance on infant care, nutrition, and overall well-being
- Assess developmental milestones and early intervention needs
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Organize community health workshops and programs
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Valid registration with the Nursing Board
- Minimum of 5 years experience in community health nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
