We are seeking a Senior Conference Interpreter to deliver high quality consecutive and simultaneous interpretation across industry events, meetings, and remote sessions. This role requires strong linguistic command, domain knowledge, and a client-focused mindset.
As part of our team you will collaborate with interpreters, project managers, and clients to ensure accurate and timely interpretation in fast paced environments. You will build glossaries, manage terminology, and abide by professional ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibility
- Prepare for each assignment by reviewing client materials and glossaries
- Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation at meetings, conferences, and remote sessions
- Maintain high accuracy while conveying tone, nuance, and cultural context
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to support event coordination
- Lead booth interpretation for conferences and manage interpreting equipment
- Mentor junior interpreters and uphold professional ethics and confidentiality
- Develop and maintain terminology databases and memory aids
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in interpretation, linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of interpretation experience with conference level work
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages a plus
- Proficient in consecutive, simultaneous, and booth interpreting
- Strong note taking, memory, and fast thinking under pressure
- Familiarity with interpreting equipment and remote platforms
- Excellent ethics, confidentiality, and professional conduct
