NovaCrisis Advisory is seeking a Senior Crisis Management Consultant to lead high-impact resilience programs for multinational clients. You will design and implement end-to-end crisis management capabilities, ensuring rapid, coordinated responses across functions.
In this role you will partner with executives to align crisis readiness with business strategy, develop playbooks, and drive continuous improvement through drills, after-action reviews, and analytics.

Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise crisis management programs, including incident command structures, playbooks, escalation protocols, and recovery plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional response during incidents with PR, operations, legal, IT, security, and vendors.
- Perform risk assessments, business impact analyses, and scenario planning to anticipate threats and quantify potential losses.
- Oversee crisis communications strategy, messaging, and stakeholder engagement with executives and external partners.
- Plan and conduct table-top exercises, simulations, and drills to test readiness and embed learning.
- Lead after-action reviews, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to raise organizational resilience.
- Mentor and develop incident response teams; manage third-party partners and consultants as needed.
Qualification
- Master's degree or MBA in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years in crisis management, business continuity, incident response, or disaster recovery, with global or multi-site exposure.
- Certifications such as CISM, CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor/Implementer, or ICS/NIMS familiarity.
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record delivering crisis response for complex organizations and high-stakes environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across PR, Legal, IT, Ops, and Security.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours during critical incidents.
