As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will design, implement, and operate security controls across our infrastructure, ensuring continuous resilience against evolving threats. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed security into every phase of development and deployment.
Responsibility
- Lead design and implementation of security controls across cloud and on premise environments
- Develop and enforce secure-by-design principles across product teams
- Lead incident response with clear containment, eradication, and post-incident analysis
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats using SIEM/EDR tooling
- Perform risk assessments and drive remediation plans with stakeholders
- Design IAM, network, and data protection controls to reduce attack surface
- Collaborate with DevOps to automate security testing and compliance
Qualification
- 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering or equivalent
- Strong experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proven incident response and threat-hunting capabilities
- Expertise in IAM, network security, encryption, and key management
- Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, EDR tools and security automation
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (NIST, CIS, GDPR, HIPAA as applicable)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM preferred
