Responsibility
- Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and security architecture reviews for cloud-native workloads.
- Design and implement scalable security controls across AWS, Azure, GCP and on-prem environments.
- Lead security incident detection, triage, and response, coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain SIEM detections, rules, dashboards, and alerting playbooks.
- Collaborate on secure software development lifecycle and perform code reviews for security flaws.
- Manage vulnerability management programs and drive remediation with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct security trainings for product and engineering teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering, threat prevention, or incident response experience.
- Deep expertise in cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP; strong IAM and network security knowledge.
- Proficiency with SIEM and EDR tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, or QRadar.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and incident leadership skills.
