Responsibility
- Lead security architecture reviews and implement controls across cloud and on prem environments
- Perform threat modeling, vulnerability management, and risk assessments
- Monitor, detect and respond to security incidents; develop and maintain playbooks
- Manage and optimize SIEM and SOAR workflows; create detections and alerts
- Collaborate with DevOps to secure the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines
- Implement IAM, MFA, access governance and privilege management
- Conduct security testing including pen testing and red team coordination
- Provide security guidance to product teams and maintain security metrics
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Security or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in security engineering or related roles
- Strong networking and application security knowledge; hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Experience with SIEM (Splunk, QRadar) and SOAR tools
- Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash) and security automation
- Familiarity with NIST, CIS, ISO 27001 frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
