Responsibility
- Develop and deploy predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive models to address real-world business challenges.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and guide strategic decision-making.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate data-driven hypotheses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Utilize state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and approaches for optimal outcomes.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in model building and data analysis.
- Communicate technical concepts and results to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Stay abreast of leading technologies, tools, and trends in data science and AI.
Qualification
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles.
- Expertise in Python, R, and SQL, with deep experience using popular ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong grounding in statistics, probability, and data mining techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver business impact from end-to-end data projects.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) preferred.
- Prior mentoring or leadership experience highly desirable.
