We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive end-to-end ML initiatives, from problem framing to production deployment. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to build scalable models, deliver actionable insights, and influence product strategy in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will own modeling projects that impact customer acquisition, retention, pricing, and operational efficiency. You will prototype, validate, and operationalize models, ensuring robust evaluation, reliability, and ethical AI practices.

What you’ll bring:

  • Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with 5+ years of hands-on data science experience
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM) and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Strong statistical foundations and experience with experimentation, causal inference, and A/B testing
  • Experience deploying models to production using ML pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills to translate complex findings into actionable business decisions
  • Collaborative mindset with product, data engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem framing to deployment and monitoring
