As a Senior Data Scientist, you will build end to end models, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and drive measurable business impact through robust experimentation and ML systems.
Responsibility
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop robust predictive models to address business questions.
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines and model monitoring for production readiness.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into data driven features.
- Create clear data visualizations and present insights to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a growing data team culture.
- Lead experimentation, A/B testing, and causal inference studies to measure impact and iterate.
Qualification
- Master or PhD in CS, Statistics, Mathematics or related field, or 5+ years relevant industry experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; experience with scikit learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data tooling (Spark, Airflow).
- Proven ability to deploy ML models to production and work with MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex insights to non technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and data storytelling.
- Preferred: experience with NLP, time series, or recommender systems.
