Responsibility
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions (data prep, modeling, evaluation, and deployment) that scale across products.
- Lead model selection and experimentation, validating performance using rigorous metrics and A/B tests.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust, scalable data pipelines and feature stores.
- Translate business problems into data science solutions and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of learning and experimentation.
- Contribute to the AI roadmap, technical strategy, and best-practice documentation.
- Ensure model governance, ethics, and compliance in all data practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and bring innovative approaches to the team.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, preferably with production ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with data visualization and communicating complex results to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and MLOps concepts including model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and data pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
